At his farm, Finca Anabel, Elio cultivates both Bourbon and Pacas varieties. Sitting between 1,570 and 1,660 meters above sea level, Finca Anabel is located in the renowned Santa Barbara region of Honduras.Â
In 2019, his work gained well-deserved recognition when a washed Pacas lot placed 3rd in Project Origin’s Best of Honduras: Late Harvest auction. It was a defining moment that spoke volumes about his commitment to quality and precision.Â
We’re very excited to be featuring coffee produced by Elio, which is a fantastic representation of what top quality, clean washed process coffees from this region are capable of! This lot in particular is washed Bourbon, which has classic creamy florals and dark, ripe fruits that are unmistakable in this variety.
