When will my online order be shipped?

We work to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Please be aware that ordering on a Friday may mean your order will be processed the following week. During our sales, our team works quickly to process significantly more orders, so please note you may experience some delays. We really appreciate your patience during these times, and always work to get your coffee to you as soon as possible!

I live in Vancouver, can I pickup locally?

Yes! You can choose to pick up your order at our Depot location in East Vancouver. You will receive an email notification once your order has arrived at Depot. It may take up to 3 days for us to prepare and deliver your order to Depot.

My payment keeps failing. What should I do?

We use Moneris gateway to process payment and they are extremely strict on following two things. 

– Billing address you enter MUST match your credit card billing address
– Your name, expiry and CVV both match exactly

Please double check and try only once more. If it fails again, please use Paypal payment and select “I don’t have Paypal account” once taken to Paypal to pay by just entering your credit card info.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes! You can always log into your account and make changes to your subscription. You can hold, cancel, activate or switch subscription choices yourself.

I can't find my password and password reset email is not arriving

Some emails providers are blocking password reset emails. Please contact us via support form and we will reset password for you.

What are your cafe hours?

Upto date hours for our locations are shown on the Google listing as well as our café location page. You can also visit our social media feed for most up to date information on holiday store hours.

How do you earn and redeem Timbertrain points?

You can earn and redeems points by shopping online. Timbertrain online points are only redeemable on Timbertrain website. You will be offered to redeem points each time you check out or your can see your points status in my account section. *Points can not be redeemed at cafe and has no cash value.

Do you take catering orders?

We will be able to supply you with baked goods as long as the order is made with enough notice – 2 days prior to the event. Please contact us here to obtain more information on the menu and pricing.

As for bulk coffee, please consider hiring our mobile espresso bar for your event for a full service coffee experience.  Please contact us here for more information.

Do you provide mobile events?

Timbertrain takes full service mobile espresso bar to events ranging from weddings, private parties and corporate events. Please see here for the list of our previous customers and you can also leave us a note to discuss how we can make your next event most memorable with delicious coffee and differentiating service.

Do you allow hosting an event at your café?

Based on the availability, we sometimes rent our cafés for private events. Please get in touch with us here and we will try to assist your needs.
