Shipping Policy
CANADA: We work with Shippie for local delivery and Canada Post for processing all orders outside B.C. Shipping is free on all orders over $43. There is a flat charge of $10 for shipping that is under $43.
USA: We work with Canada Post for processing all retail orders to USA. Shipping is free on all orders over $75. There is a flat charge of $25 for shipping that is under $75.
As for the wholesale orders, we provide different shipping arrangements and please contact us here for more details.
The shipping times vary depending on the location but you can track your shipment with your tracking number for the order.
We ship coffees that are as close to the roast date to ensure and protect the freshness of the coffee. Please note we are not responsible for the missing packages during transit that are not insured.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase and we replace items only if the products are damaged or defective.
Ground beans cannot be returned or exchanged.
The return policy is the product will be returned only if it has been unused and been kept in the original packaging with a proper receipt.
After completing the inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the refund amounts via email on a prompt basis. Please note you will be responsible for making your own shipping arrangements for returning products.
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on roasted coffee, teas, or gift cards.
