Timbertrain was asked to come up with a plan to help one of the fortune 200 companies transition. Goal was to help some of the workforce transition from working from home to in person work environment. Many of the workers were now accustomed to brewing and drinking higher quality coffee while working at home.

• Come up with optimized schedule for a full service coffee cart with barista at the office location
• Create custom drink and food menu for the employees coming in for work and or meetings
• Create variety of options to suit everyone (vegans, allergies, alternative milks)

• Held cupping / brewing sessions to educate about coffee

Timbertrain has been serving coffee at the office location for over a year now and visiting coffee booth has become daily ritual for many employees and are also brewing our coffee at home as well. We have been recognized as helping with the transition. Employee / talent retention is difficult and would like to think we had a hand in helping with that by providing one of the important perks.
