KALITA WAVE BREW GUIDE

KALITA WAVE MADE SIMPLE

This easy, portable filter wins over coffee enthusiasts and beginners alike. Its wavy contour is a favourite to serve to crowds or for single-use and it’s simple method and flat bottom helps for even brewing and extraction with room for little to no error. THE METHOD: Place Kalita Wave atop your mug or pitcher and slowly pour a hot spiral over your fine to medium ground coffee. THE SECRET: Is all in the pour! Getting that spiral down is the secret to covering all of your grounds and ensuring an even extraction. THE RESULT: A sweeter, fuller-bodied brew with a hint of acidity.
