Our newest arrival from Ethiopia! A fresh harvest of a naturally processed coffee that comes to us from Aricha, one of the most fantastic coffee producing areas in Ethiopia, and the producer Faysel Ambosh. Mr. Faysel is a dedicated second generation coffee producer focused on cultivating high quality coffee in the area around Aricha.
The natural process begins with taking ripe cherries from local, smallholder farms to the washing station where they are hand sorted for ripeness and quality. After this, the cherries go through an in-cherry fermentation for 12-15 days before being dried on raised beds where they are manually rotated and sorted to ensure only the highest quality beans remain.
This coffee stands out for its lemon-lime sweetness, bright complexity, and clean natural process. This is only possible through the hard working and experienced farmers in the surrounding area of Aricha.
